I have worked in Financial Services since 1999, first in UBS in Zurich and then London (UBS Investment Bank) and was most recently with Standard Chartered Bank for 3 years from September 2006 to 2009. I help professional women to be completely confident at work, manage their managers and co-workers effectively, build their brand equity in their organization, get a bigger paycheck and progress to the next level in their career. My area of expertise is Change – I’ve been "changing" people and systems as a “Change the Bank” expert for over a decade and in Foreign Exchange on the trading floor for the last 8 years. After 10+ years in Banking I’ve decided to work with women one-on-one to help them achieve the results they want in their life by changing their attitude and behaviour. I combine my real business experience in banking and “no BS” approach with my genuine liking for people and coaching skills to deliver value and results for my clients, as I truly believe we all deserve to live our best lives!
